Established in 1978, Royal’s specializes in meeting your needs for custom envelopes with in-house pre-press technology, state-of-the-art printing presses and high speed die cutting, folding and gluing equipment.

Royal Capabilities Include:

  • Booklet envelopes ranging from 2-7/8 x 3-1/2 through 10 x 13

  • Diagonal seam envelopes ranging from 3 x 3-1/2 through 6-1/2 x 12

  • Open end envelopes from 3-1/8 x 4 through 12 x 16

  • Printing, windows, and latexing in line up to 9 x 12

  • Bangtail and Proxy envelope experts

  • Specialty closures such as Latex and Peel ‘N Seal

  • Experience with printing and folding Clearfold

  • Direct to plate full service in-house Prepress department

  • We accept orders ranging in quantity from 10,000 to 15 million

  • Our current capacity includes up to 13 million die cut envelopes per week

  • 2012 Komori 40″ 6-color sheetfed press with coater
